Fat Burning Exercises at Home for Females

Here are some effective fat-burning exercises you can do at home with little to no equipment! 🔥💪

🔥 Full-Body Fat-Burning Workout

Perform each exercise for 30-45 seconds, rest for 15 seconds, and repeat 3-4 rounds.

1️⃣ Jump Squats 🏋️‍♀️

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
  • Squat down and explode up into a jump.
  • Land softly and repeat.

🔹 Targets: Legs, glutes, core
🔹 Modification: Regular squats (no jump)

2️⃣ Mountain Climbers 🏃‍♀️

  • Get into a plank position.
  • Drive knees toward your chest quickly, alternating legs.

🔹 Targets: Core, arms, legs, cardio

3️⃣ Burpees 💥

  • Squat down, place hands on the floor.
  • Jump feet back into a plank.
  • Jump feet forward and explode up.
